What Being in Special Olympics Means To Me As a Special Olympics Athlete
by Belinda Sydenham

"What being in special Olympics means to me is rewarding experience all around.
I feel blessed I completed my first season of Special Olympics in 5pin bowling.
The coaches are amazing cool, supportive and very nice all around.
I was able to make new friends which is not easy for me to do.
Special Olympics is my happy place I found, a place that I feel I belong.
A place that I can learn and try and achieve things to the best I can.

Thank You to Special Olympics Organization for all you do in letting athletes like myself
join and have fun and try and achieve things."
